Another compelling episode of The Walking Dead exploring the inner workings of the Sanctuary, giving us complex characterization of characters that really made a lasting impressi-- oh, wait. Nope.
We're in full on "just here so we won't get fined" mode because an extended episode featuring Eugene, Dwight and the spirit of Sherry is a lot. Negan seems more trusting than we would expect a post-apocalyptic warlord to be and the longer we see him rule with fear, with only a bat to protect him, we're wondering why no one has shot him yet. The "I am Negan" concept doesn't quite cut it for an explanation.
In happier news, episode 12, "Say Yes," airs next week. If you don't know the significance of episode 12, you gon' learn today (Unless you don't want to learn, of course. Feel free to skip over that discussion if you're a spoilerphobe)!
